4
HAPAN will provide opportunities for members to meet regularly in a meaningful way, both at a meeting level and socially.

To facilitate wide recognition and a customer focus HAPAN will maintain and develop strong links with the positive community in WA.
6
HAPAN will review and provide independent  constructive feedback to HIV service agencies.
7
HAPAN will collaborate with and enable agencies that provide education & support services for PLWHA in WA.
